Shipping Policy

Shipping Time: Most orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. In some cases orders can take up to 48 hours to ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, we apologize for the inconvenience. 

Shipping Method: We use many methods of shipping. The most common are USPS and UPS depending on rates. We use the best choice shipping which can be different in any scenario. For any questions please contact us anytime of add a note in the comments section of your order.

Delivery Time: We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

Holiday Delivery: Please allow an extra 1 -2 business days for processing and shipping around the Holiday times. We will try our best to ship as fast as possible but please note that there could be a slight delay.

Making Changes: Due to our fast shipping process, once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change or cancel that order. Please order carefully and make sure your order is correct before payment. For any returns, please follow the return policy.

Free Shipping Policy: We love free shipping so that's why we offer it to our customers! Free Shipping on all orders to the continental US states only, not Hawaii or Alaska. No minimum!

Hely & Weber and Bauerfeind Product Warranty and Returns

Products are quaranteed and will be replaced because of defect in material or workmanship.

Credit or replacement will not be issued for product misused or abused, or for incorrect sizes if the product has been worn.

Products not worn may be returned and subject to a 15% restocking charge for Hely & Weber products and 20% restocking charge for Bauerfeind products.

All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by OrthoGeeks prior to return, you will be given a return authorization number which is good for 25 days.  Returning products must have authorization number printed clearly on outside of returning mail package.
